Workin' away here on currently just the bare bones of the little space man. Downloaded a basic human form and then started tinkering... pushing and massaging the vertices. I've got some decisions in the offing, deciding just how to dress and equip this guy. Needs the basics for breathing, transport, security and/or tools.

Well, I see that you've scared up a fine recruit! You know, if you wanted to go full-on retro-future, all you'd need for this guy right now is an undersized airtank on his back, and a big bubble helmet, and he'd be ready for 1930s outer space! They loved that skin-tight look back then. Don't forget the raygun!
Seriously, though, once you settle on a general shape, I don't imagine this guy would need a lot of detailing. He won't be taking up much real estate in the final image, right?
