David,
Moving forward with the texturing on the containers. From this angle you cannot see all of the logo work so clearly, but I'm keeping up with minimum standards.
Made an executive decision and removed the container registration number(s). In story/realistic terms I would definitely have those numbers on the shipping containers, but I already have my hands full with creating and applying the name/logo work and realize that the extra effort of putting on registration numbers (always different) would effectively double my load. Also, I'm wondering if the average viewer will wonder about this... combined with the fact that at a distance one cannot even effectively 'see' the numbers. Hope this isn't too much of a disappointment.
Ciao,

Ignatz,
This is fine. Better than fine.
It's funny: when you're dealing with scale like this, while yet going for some kind of realism, a lot of things that we would normally see as important become downright invisible. I sometimes forget just how big the ship really is!
Serial numbers would be in the transponder signals of each box, and maybe in tiny letters printed near the doors. Or maybe, they wouldn't use them at all. Who knows? I'm not a spacer cargo jock!
I hope you're well,
-David
